Job summary

Evergreen Dining LLC is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, deliver exceptional guest service, and uphold responsible alcohol service. You will manage bar inventory, prep mixers and garnishes, handle cash, and use the POS system while maintaining a clean work area.

This fast-paced restaurant environment in Washington requires knowledge of drink recipes, ability to upsell, and compliance with state laws. 21+ and RSAL training preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older and certified in responsible service of alcohol.
• Ability to read and organize tickets; knowledge of wine and beer helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages per guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional guest service; up-sell beverages.
• Monitor and restock bar inventory; prep mixers and garnishes.
• Handle cash, inputs orders into POS system, and process payments.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bar area and equipment.
