Job summary

Evergreen Dining LLC is seeking a skilled Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a fast-paced venue. You will craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, manage bar inventory, check IDs, uphold responsible service, and help drive beverage sales while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Strong knowledge of drinks, cash handling, and excellent guest service are essential. You will work closely with the service team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related bartending experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be certified in responsible service of alcohol.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and up-selling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages per Evergreen Dining LLC guidelines.
• Check guest IDs and enforce liquor laws.
• Restock inventory and prep garnishes.
• Handle cash and process payments.
• Maintain clean bar area and equipment.
• Describe and recommend wines and beers.
• Upsell beverages to guests.
