Evergreen Dining LLC in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages per company guidelines. You will take accurate orders, manage tickets, uphold responsible service policies, and ensure a clean bar area while providing excellent guest service.

The role requires 21+ years old, 2+ years’ experience, and certification in responsible alcohol service. Position involves promoting beverage sales, handling cash, and working as a team in a fast-paced restaurant

Qualifications

High School degree or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred or Evergreen Dining LLC restaurant serving experience.
Must be 21 years or older.
Must be certified in responsible service of alcohol training approved by state regulatory agency.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional Guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and beverage expert.
Prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages per Evergreen Dining LLC guidelines.
Describe and recommend various types of wine and beer; up-sell beverages.
Ensure compliance with liquor laws and policies; monitor for responsible service.
Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area and equipment; assist with inventory and prep.
