Job summary

Evergreen Dining LLC in Washington is seeking a Bartender to prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, take orders, and manage tickets according to company guidelines. You will maintain bar inventory, prep mixers and garnishes, and ensure compliance with liquor laws while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires 21+ with responsible service of alcohol certification, ability to read tickets, operate the POS, handle money, and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes and techniques.
• Ability to describe and recommend wine and beer.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be certified in responsible service of alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages per guidelines.
• Uphold liquor laws and refuse service when necessary.
• Describe items and offer suggestions to Guests.
• Upsell beverages and train team members when needed.
• Read and organize tickets and use POS accurately.
• Maintain clean and sanitary bar area and equipment.
• Handle cash and process payments.
