Job summary

Evergreen Dining LLC in Yakima, WA is looking for a Bartender who follows the recipe book to prepare drinks, take accurate orders, and manage tickets. You will restock the bar, prep mixers and garnishes, and ensure a clean, sanitary bar while checking IDs and upholding responsible alcohol service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years related experience, is 21+, and holds state-approved responsible alcohol training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred or Evergreen Dining LLC restaurant serving experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be certified in responsible service of alcohol training approved by state regulatory agency

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Guest service by being efficient, confident and personable
• Prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages per guidelines
• Uphold liquor laws and manage cash handling
• Describe and recommend wine and beer to Guests
• Upsell beverages and support team training
• Maintain clean and safe bar area and equipment
• Monitor bar inventory and restock as needed
