Job summary

Evergreen Dining LLC in Federal Way, WA is seeking a Bartender who follows our recipe book, prepares cocktails, handles cash, and maintains a clean bar. You will restock inventory, prep mixers and garnishes, and input orders in the POS system.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience, is 21+, and holds RSA certification. Knowledge of wine and beer is a plus; you will upsell and deliver top guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• RSA (responsible service of alcohol) training certification required by state.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service.
• Excellent cash-handling and point-of-sale skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages according to Evergreen Dining LLC guidelines.
• Describe and recommend wine and beer to guests.
• Uphold liquor laws and refuse service when necessary.
• Restock bar inventory and manage pars so offerings are available.
• Escort guests and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.
