Hilton is seeking a Bartender to expertly set up the bar, prepare drinks, and serve beverages and foods to guests and servers. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, organized bar, controlling liquor inventory, and delivering quality service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) with 1–2 years’ experience, state alcohol serving qualifications, and appropriate certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum state requirements for serving alcohol.
• Alcohol awareness certification and food service permit as required by local/state government.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to standard procedures.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and organization; ensure proper stocking and inventory.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with liquor laws.
• Ring guest checks, handle payments, and process transactions accurately.
