Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organize bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Check ID to verify age for alcohol.
• Prepare and serve drinks and/or food orders.
• Take and serve food/beverage orders when applicable.
• Process guest checks and payments.
• Identify and manage intoxicated guests per standards.
• Manage beverage inventory and par levels.
• Complete required side work before shift end.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction and departmental metrics.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and HHM standards.
