Job summary

Lbahospitality at Hilton Head Island is seeking a professional bartender to provide prompt and courteous service to guests at our property. You will craft high quality beverages while keeping the bar area clean and guest-ready.

The role requires at least one year in food and beverage, familiarity with chain operations, and a clean service record. High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year experience in food and beverage position.
• Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s Degree preferred
• Food Handling and Alcohol Safety certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Must be able to perform major life activities: Standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating.
• Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds unassisted and lift and/or carry 30 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, reach.
• Must be able to see and hear
• Must be able to communicate with other associates and/or guests.
• Prepare and serve drinks as requested by guests
• Process guest charges and gratuities in accordance to standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintain liquor inventory regularly.
