Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn seeks a friendly and efficient Banquet Bartender to provide high-quality beverage service for events. You will set up the bar, prepare drinks for guests and servers, and maintain the bar’s cleanliness and safety throughout each function.

You are expected to handle bar equipment, assist teammates, and ensure compliance with alcohol service policies. 21+ with Safe Server certification preferred, working in a fast-paced hotel banquet environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years high-volume bar experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar in banquet rooms prior to each event.
• Prepare drinks for guests and servers for delivery.
• Ensure bar area safety and cleanliness; manage spills and cleanliness of glassware.
• Assist servers, other bartenders, and bar porters as needed.
