Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a bartender to deliver friendly, prompt service and craft beverages to guests. You will ensure bar cleanliness, manage garnishes, check IDs, and process orders and payments in a lively bar/lounge setting.

Qualifications include bartending experience and a high school diploma; TIPS and a Food Sanitation certificate are valued. Opportunities for growth and benefits are offered by HHM Hotels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• TIPS certification a plus.
• Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training.
• Food Sanitation certificate a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishes.
• Check IDs to verify legal age for alcohol.
• Prepare and serve drinks and/or food orders.
• Take and serve orders, and clear food/bev for guests.
• Issue guest checks and process payments.
• Follow standards for identifying and managing intoxicated guests.
• Assist with beverage inventory and par levels.
• Complete required side work before shift ends.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction scores and departmental goals.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
