Job summary

Invited is seeking a Bartender to uphold beverage control, serve at the bar, and maintain a clean, well-stocked work area while delivering a personalized guest experience. You will know members by name, handle orders promptly, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Ideal candidates will have High school diploma, beverage safety certification, and prior F&B service experience, with strong communication and bar skills for cocktail and wine service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Knowledge of cocktails and wine varieties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service per the F&B training program.
• Assist with service of food and beverages at the bar.
• Know members’ names and provide warm, personalized service.
• Accurately take and fulfill member and guest orders.
• Resolve member and guest complaints professionally, escalating when needed.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and stocking, starting shifts organized.
