Job summary

Cavalier Distributing Florida is seeking a self-driven Field Sales Specialist to own and grow a sales territory in craft beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages. You will be the face of Cavalier with chain stores, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Your responsibilities include delivering products, merchandising to Cavalier standards, closing sales with retail decision-makers, monitoring inventory, upselling, and ensuring accurate pricing and POS usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in account sales management, merchandising, retail sales, or similar consumer-packaged goods experience (craft beer industry a plus).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute delivery receipt and merchandising/restocking.
• Restock and build compelling displays to Cavalier's standards.
• Execute and close sales directly with retail decision-makers.
• Monitor inventory levels and upsell incremental products.
• Ensure proper retail pricing, signage, and POS materials usage.
