Job summary

First United Bank seeks a CRA and Fair Banking Officer to lead the CRA and Fair Banking programs across the enterprise. You will oversee governance, analytics, and performance metrics, partnering with Compliance and business lines to ensure regulatory alignment and effective execution.

The role reports to the Chief Culture and Communications Officer and directs team members to support model management, data analytics, and program execution with community banks and applicable business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with CRA/Fair Lending exposure.
• 7+ years of Compliance with 5+ years in CRA and Fair Lending.
• CRACP and/or CRCM designation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing maturity, execution, and enhancement of CRA and Fair Banking programs.
• Align CRA initiatives with business strategy; monitor performance metrics.
• Governance, reporting to committees, and regulatory engagement.
• Partner with Compliance and business lines to drive alignment and execution.
• Direct team priorities to monitor analytics and program performance.
