Job summary

Grand Bank for Savings, FSB is seeking a Fair and Responsible Banking Officer to design and oversee the Bank’s fair lending and UDAAP compliance program across products and channels, including digital banking platforms and the Bank’s national credit card program. This role will lead a team of compliance professionals and interact with senior leadership and Board-level committees.

The officer provides second line oversight to ensure fair, transparent, and compliant products and services,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Lending laws (ECOA/Reg B, HMDA) and UDAAP.
• Leadership experience in a second line of defense risk function.
• Experience with digital banking platforms, ACH/NACHA rules, and payments.
• Experience launching or supporting a national credit card program.
• Familiarity with MRM frameworks and automated decisioning models.
• Excellent communication skills and data-driven judgment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the Fair Lending/UDAAP program across products and channels.
• Lead a compliance team and interact with senior leadership and Board-level committees.
• Provide oversight of fair banking risks for digital channels and credit card program.
• Coordinate with MRM, operations, and technology to embed fair practices.
• Monitor, test, and analyze to identify fair banking risks and remediation steps.
• Prepare reporting for senior management and regulatory examinations.
