Job summary

First United Bank seeks a seasoned CRA and Fair Banking Officer to lead program management across our bank and affiliated entities. You will partner with Compliance and business leaders to align strategy, governance, and performance metrics, driving responsible lending, investments, and services in support of our community objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Compliance, CRA, Fair & Responsible Banking/Lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of CRA program requirements, Fair Lending, and other regulations including Regulation B/EOA, Fair Housing Act, and HMDA

Responsibilities

• Lead maturity, execution, and enhancement of the CRA and Fair Banking programs.
• Align CRA and Fair Banking/Lending initiatives with business strategy.
• Establish, monitor, and report performance metrics tied to program objectives.
• Oversee program performance and lead community needs assessments and analysis.
• Establish partnership with Compliance to drive alignment and governance across CRA and Fair Banking strategies across the organization
