Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Policy, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRA compliance, community development, or regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, qualification, and documentation of CRA investments and community development loans.
• Prepare and maintain CRA and Fair Lending performance context documentation.
• Advise on CRA and Fair Banking matters to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver CRA training sessions to internal teams.
