Job summary

20four7VA is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented candidate to perform outbound calls with homeowner prospects in the United States. You will determine move likelihood, handle objections, and schedule estimates or transfers to the sales team. Proficiency in common tools and strong communication are essential.

This part-time, pilot contract runs 10-15 hours per week, offering flexible remote work and opportunities to contribute to lead quality feedback and follow-up communications.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound cold-calling or appointment-setting experience.
• Strong objection-handling skills.
• Excellent spoken English and professional phone communication.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, email and online lead forms.
