Appointment Setter / Cold Caller — Remote | Pacific Time

Boogie Team is recruiting experienced Appointment Setters / Cold Callers to support U.S. home improvement and home services clients. Applications are welcome globally.

You will contact prospective customers, qualify their needs, and book appointments for client sales teams. Clear English communication, consistent follow-up, and accurate records are central to the role.

Remote work aligned with U.S. Pacific Time (Los Angeles, PST/PDT), including daylight saving changes. The exact shift, working days, weekly hours, compensation, and engagement terms will be confirmed for the assignment.

The existing compensation range is $5–$7 USD per hour, depending on experience. No commission or bonus is promised. Starts are planned as soon as assessment and onboarding are complete.

• Shortlisted applicants will complete a live call role-play and a short CRM note exercise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting home improvement or home services clients.
