Job summary

20four7VA is seeking a remote appointment setter to engage purchased, existing, and referral leads via phone, SMS, and email. You will quickly qualify interest and schedule client meetings while keeping accurate notes in the CRM.

In this role you’ll reactivate older leads, organize CRM pipelines in GoHighLevel, and support referral or partner outreach. Strong written and verbal English and experience with CRM are essential; mortgage or U.S. consumer outreach is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous appointment-setting or lead follow-up experience.
• Phone-based customer service, sales support, or lead nurturing experience.
• CRM and lead-management experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to build rapport and handle basic objections professionally.
