Job summary

20four7VA seeks a driven outbound outreach associate to research churches, ministries, and schools interested in commercial property opportunities, then reach decision-makers, qualify leads, and set appointments.

You will conduct about 50 outbound calls per day, maintain a Google Sheets outreach tracker, and collaborate with clients worldwide. Strong English communication and data accuracy are essential; prior lead generation or real estate experience is a plus.
