Job summary

Heroes and Sidekicks is seeking an awesome outbound caller/virtual assistant to support a rockstar client in the real estate space. You will make outbound calls to property owners from a pre-built contact list and follow buyer-specific scripts across diverse property categories.

You will confirm ownership, gauge seller interest, and book meetings. Logging outcomes in Google Sheets or Airtable is required, with potential to expand to calling real estate agents.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound calling experience - cold calling, appointment setting, or phone sales.
• Thick skin - high rejection rate is expected and normal.
• Clear, natural, conversational English - rapport-building is the core of the role.
• Comfortable working from a script while sounding natural.
• Organized and reliable in logging outcomes.
• Real estate industry background or familiarity (wholesaling, property sourcing, or investment).
• Spanish-speaking ability (bonus for expanded market calling).
• Experience with Google Sheets or Airtable for call tracking.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
