Job summary

TAC Integrated Solutions is seeking a SME Management Analyst (CPIC) Team Lead to drive IT governance, portfolio and investment management, and capital planning across federal mandates. You will lead data-driven analyses, create dashboards, and prepare senior management briefings.

Responsibilities include coordinating planning, preparing technical documentation, and supporting audits. The role requires extensive PMO experience and cross-team leadership in a government-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years SME experience establishing goals and plans in portfolio management and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Portfolio Management program and governance across the client organization.
• Develop and implement an IT Portfolio Management portal/dashboard for metrics and trends.
• Provide SME support for PfM data, analyses, and presentations for senior managers and audits.
• Draft responses to internal/external data calls and audit requests.
• Coordinate planning sessions, data reviews, cost analyses, and budgeting across projects.
