Qualifications

• 10+ years in Federal consulting including governance, investment management, and CPIC.
• Hands-on CPIC process experience and federal IT investment management.
• Experience in IT portfolio management, strategic planning, and governance.
• As-Is / To-Be assessments with actionable recommendations.
• Developing business cases, reports, and executive briefings.
• Experience aligning IT investments with business objectives and metrics.
• Developing or supporting IT governance policies and portfolios.
• Creating IT and business roadmaps for strategy alignment.
• Experience communicating with senior Government officials.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Support CPIC and IT investment management activities for the client.
• Develop and maintain IT portfolio framework and governance programs.
• Analyze investments, projects, and portfolios against objectives and metrics.
• Facilitate feasibility analysis and investment decision processes.
• Prepare executive materials: business cases, reports, and briefings.
• Lead As-Is / To-Be assessments and optimization recommendations.
• Develop strategic IT roadmaps and governance procedures.
• Provide status reporting and coordinate stakeholder sessions.
• Present findings to senior Government officials.
