Job summary

HumanTouch, LLC is seeking an experienced CPIC Analyst to support CPIC development and IT portfolio management for USDA initiatives. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration across teams, and producing actionable reports for government leaders.

The candidate will develop tools and templates, maintain authoritative data repositories, and monitor investments to ensure benefits are realized. Strong communication and 2–3 years of CPIC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires CPIC and/or IT Portfolio Management planning experience.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports with financial data.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate CPIC development and IT Portfolio Management processes.
• Provide in-depth analysis to support IT investments decisions.
• Develop and improve CPIC/IT portfolio analysis processes and documentation.
• Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches to CPIC work.
• Collaborate across workstreams on data analysis and portfolio management.
• Create reports and maintain data in SharePoint and other repositories.
• Develop criteria for CPIC and IT Portfolio processes.
• Monitor investments and ensure they meet planned benefits.
