Job summary

HumanTouch, LLC is seeking an experienced CPIC Analyst to support CPIC development and IT Portfolio Management processes. You will analyze investment data, create reports, and collaborate across teams to improve portfolio performance and decision quality.

The role requires data-driven thinking, dashboards development, and the ability to communicate results to senior government leaders. Public Trust clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology management, Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years CPIC and/or IT Portfolio Management planning and analysis for a federal client.
• Understanding CPIC/TBM processes and IT investment decision support.
• Experience with dashboards and reports showing financial data, trends, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate CPIC development and IT Portfolio Management analysis.
• Provide in-depth analysis to support technology investment decisions.
• Develop and support CPIC/IT Portfolio processes, policies, and procedures.
• Create reports and dashboards; maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate across CPIC and IT portfolio workstreams; support governance gates.
• Compile investment data in SharePoint for data-driven leadership decisions.
• Support IT investment reviews, artifacts, and outreach reports.
