Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal IT, enterprise architecture, CPIC, PPBE, IT portfolio management, and IT financial management.
• Ability to analyze investment data and develop executive-ready recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for briefings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPIC, IT portfolio management, IT investment management, and IT financial-management activities for a federal CIO/OCIO.
• Advise on alignment of mission strategy, business capabilities, roadmaps, IT investments, and acquisition strategies.
• Support full IT investment lifecycle from identification to retirement or consolidation.
• Develop enterprise architecture artifacts, roadmaps, and transition plans.
• Lead analysis of cost, schedule, performance, risk, and total cost of ownership.
• Support PPBE budget formulation, execution monitoring, and spend-plan development.
• Prepare executive briefings, dashboards, and portfolio reports for senior leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, finance, economics, public administration, operations research, public policy, or a related discipline
