Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Senior IT Portfolio Manager to lead a broad portfolio of performance-based IT services for DHS. You will oversee program execution, interface with senior customers, and drive on-contract growth while delivering high-quality results.

The role requires hands-on staff management, P&L ownership, and a strong background in Agile practices and AI-enabled solutions within an enterprise, federal contracting context.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent with 10 years in IT management and federal contract experience.
• Active DHS EOD Clearance preferred.
• PMP and ITIL Foundation certifications required or within first 6 months.
• Experience with Agile teams and AI/ML concepts.
• Proven growth and customer relationships in large programs (>150 FTE).
• Experience with cloud/systems/network administration in an enterprise environment.
• Strong communicator and leader with stakeholder management and BD skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day programs and develop long-term objectives to meet future contract needs.
• Own portfolio P&L and drive on-contract growth through expansion opportunities.
• Interface with contracts, subcontracts, project control, and security.
• Ensure deliverables and schedules use Agile methodologies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and be a point of contact for customer issues.
• Meet contractual performance criteria and ensure successful project completion.
• Develop relationships with executive-level customers to expand CAC I footprint.
• Support ROMs, pricing, and technical proposals for new pursuits.
• Develop briefings and position papers; report progress and issues.
• Recruit and train staff; champion AI-enabled solutions and agile practices.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; flexible schedule and on-call availability.
