Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Benton Harbor, MI seeks an Associate Manager for CPG Trade Marketing to lead shopper-focused plans across retail and ecommerce channels, partnering with Brand, Product, Sales and Ops teams.

You will own plan execution with retailers, manage budgets, develop PDP strategies, build retailer relationships, and translate data into actionable insights while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or relevant field.
• 4+ years in marketing or shopper marketing.
• Experience across retail channels and ecommerce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing planning for Everydrop/Water, affresh & SWASH brands across all retail channels, ecommerce & in-store.
• Lead plan execution in partnership with the retailer in tactics such as retail media, online & in-store experience (displays, point-of-purchase, sampling, couponing, subscription), content development & oversight and performance measurement.
• Develop product detail page strategies and execute across retailers including reviews, core & rich content.
• Strengthen marketing partnership with key retailers and agency partners.
• Create informed solutions that are grounded in data and research.
• Present marketing plans, updates, and results regularly with the internal sales teams and Quarterly reviews.
• Budget ownership working in collaboration with finance and cross-functional partners to ensure costs are accurately outlooked and processed.
• Delivery of projects on-time, on-strategy, and on-budget.
