Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation, Benton Harbor, MI, seeks a Manager for Corporate Strategy & Portfolio Management to lead strategic initiatives and portfolio oversight. The role is on-site in Benton Harbor, with relocation support for eligible candidates and broad exposure to senior leadership materials.

You will build financial forecasts, deliver quarterly competitive intelligence, and assist with Board materials while partnering with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst / Associate experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project management or change management.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• International experience (personal or professional) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day management of Whirlpool’s minority interests.
• Build recurring financial reports and update forecasts for Portfolio.
• Own 2-3 quarterly competitive intelligence reports to send to senior leadership.
• Assist, as needed, with creation of Board, Senior Leader, or other Executive Committee materials.
• Support, as needed, with any M&A transactions.
• Limited travel < 10%
