You will collaborate with category merchandising, analytics teams, and executives to translate performance data into decisive action, own standardized reporting, and optimize marketing investments.

Based in Saint Joseph/Benton Harbor area, the role emphasizes durable cross-functional partnerships, strong financial modeling, and clear narrative delivery to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
2+ years in a corporate finance function such as FP&A, Commercial Finance, Cost, or Accounting.

Responsibilities

Partner with category merchandising teams to shape pricing strategies.
Develop understanding of product offerings, trade partners and promotional environments.
Provide insights via Agile Promotional Planning processes; link strategy to execution.
Model and evaluate promotional strategies and ROI with merchandising teams.
Ensure data accuracy within Anaplan BPT through cross-functional collaboration.
Own PMR reporting and analyze pricing/mix effects on margins.
