The role emphasizes budget-managed campaigns, data-informed optimization, and cross-functional project leadership to drive sales and brand equity across major retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years in Marketing/Shopper Marketing, Product Development, Media, Brand, Management, eCommerce or Sales.
• Experience partnering with retailers to plan product marketing campaigns or promotions.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual activation plan (JBP) with Retail Activation Senior Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Design and execute retailer marketing campaigns, on-floor and on retailer.com, within budget.
• Manage activation calendar and ensure timely, on-brand execution across channels.
• Create in-store experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
• Coordinate with WoW and Brand teams to produce materials and promotions.
