Job summary

Buynomics, based on the US East Coast, is seeking a Sales Engineer focused on CPG to demonstrate value to multinational clients and accelerate growth. You will partner with Account Executives to show how Buynomics improves RGM and commercial decision-making, delivering tailored platform walkthroughs and data-driven solutions.

The role requires 1–2 years in CPG or related sectors, strong communication, and a willingness to grow into a hybrid commercial-technical position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field from a top university.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in CPG, consultancy, retail or related environment; Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Strategy valued.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; able to align sales, marketing, and finance.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable with quantitative data and commercial models.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for engaging with clients in commercial discussions.
• Curiosity and willingness to grow into a hybrid commercial-technical role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate CPG knowledge and explain how Buynomics enhances RGM processes.
• Support account executives by understanding prospect needs and delivering tailored walkthroughs.
• Translate commercial challenges into data-driven solutions during sales presentations.
• Build customized product demonstrations using real-world RGM scenarios.
• Answer business questions and help handle objections in the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to share client insights for future capabilities.
• Create pre-sales content such as sales materials, case studies, and RFP responses.
• Assist with customer onboarding to ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation.
