Job summary

Buynomics seeks a Sales Engineer focused on CPG to accelerate growth for multinational clients by demonstrating the value of our pricing and product optimization platform and ensuring a strong technical fit during the sales process.

You will work with Account Executives to tailor platform walkthroughs, translate commercial challenges into data-driven solutions, and develop demos using real-world RGM scenarios. The role emphasizes client engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field from a top university.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in CPG, consultancy, retail or similar high‑performing environment.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills to align sales, marketing and finance.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with comfort handling quantitative data and models.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for client engagement in commercial discussions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and big-picture thinking.
• Proactive, curious mindset with willingness to grow into hybrid commercial-technical role.
• Professional English; German or other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• CPG knowledge demonstration in sales conversations and platform walkthroughs.
• Partner with Account Executives to understand prospect needs and deliver tailored demos.
• Translate commercial challenges into data-driven solutions during presentations.
• Build customized product demonstrations using real-world RGM scenarios.
• Answer business questions and help handle objections in the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to share client insights.
• Contribute to sales materials, case studies, and RFP responses.
• Assist onboarding to ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation.
