Job summary

Vividly is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bring deep CPG knowledge into the sales process and translate complex customer challenges into compelling Vividly solutions. The role focuses on understanding how CPG organizations operate across trade promotions, deductions, accounting, sales finance, or revenue management, applying that expertise in a technology environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing role; CPG experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to solution complex business/financial workflows and cross-functional needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to tell a compelling customer story.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with Account Executives to map customer workflows and outcomes.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations linking Vividly capabilities to real problems.
• Solution across trade planning, deductions, accruals, forecasting, reporting & profitability.
• Translate processes into future-state workflows and ensure clear handoffs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, Integrations, and Product teams.
