Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development in a related field.
• Proven track record selling to CPG brands and mid-market companies.
• Existing relationships with CPG decision-makers and executives.
• Experience building and closing opportunities with brands generating $20M+ revenue.
• Ability to navigate conversations with founders, CFOs and marketing leaders.
• Independent, proactive worker with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close new opportunities with mid-market CPG brands.
• Leverage industry relationships to generate qualified introductions and meetings.
• Build relationships with founders, CEOs, CFOs, and marketing leaders.
• Develop outbound business development strategies and execute them.
• Educate prospects on analytics- and AI-driven decision making to improve performance.
• Manage the sales cycle from intro to contract execution.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine market strategy and targeting.
• Provide customer and market feedback to influence product direction.
