The Paid Advertising Specialist supports campaign performance across Meta, Google, TikTok and more, partnering with lead Strategists or owning end-to-end strategy for select core clients.

You’ll grow technical, strategic, and analytical skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience; Agency experience a plus.
• 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads).
• 1+ years experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct response marketing efforts.
• 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus.
• 1 year experience client facing and handling communications.
• Excellent Excel skills with advanced features.
• Excellent data analytics skills.
• Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms with accurate setup, tracking, and QA.
• Operate with high ownership, autonomously managing timelines, budgets, and day-to-day performance.
• Execute and optimize paid advertising programs end-to-end, including ad builds, optimizations, reporting, pacing, and monitoring.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking, identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and propose data-backed optimizations.
• Incorporate client objectives and brand nuances into decisions and delivery.
• Show calm problem solving during volatility, technical issues, or pivots.
• Ensure budget pacing and adherence to planned spend; flag risks or opportunities.
• Own testing roadmaps and manage experiments and next steps.
• Deliver on-time launches and updates for campaigns and deliverables.
• Prepare and present performance reports with clear data storytelling.
