Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Data & AI Consultant to help clients turn data into business outcomes across CPG, retail, and hospitality. You will define analytics architectures and guide technical teams in pricing, promotion, and trade spend using SQL, Python or R.

Remote position with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration. Experience with NielsenIQ/Circana or similar data, plus cloud platforms, is valued. Salary ranges reflect market parity for senior roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in data and analytics consulting to design solutions and guide technical teams.
• Knowledge of pricing, promotion, merchandising, and trade spend in consumer industries.
• Ability to translate business problems into data/analytics architectures and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand objectives and data needs across pricing, promotion, assortment, and trade spend.
• Define data and AI strategies for revenue growth management and analytics.
• Design analytics architectures spanning POS, panel, loyalty, and trade data from providers.
• Define modeling approaches for price elasticity, ROI, demand forecasting, and assortment optimization.
• Analyze data to synthesize clear insights and recommendations for clients.
• Shape designs to make insights usable by client teams.
• Identify opportunities for AI/ML to accelerate insights.
• Create clear technical and business presentations of results.
• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to deliver end-to-end analytics.
