Job summary

Fractal Analytics Inc. is seeking an Account Growth Manager (CPG) to lead strategic growth across key Consumer Packaged Goods accounts in New York or Chicago, onsite.

You will own client relationships, drive revenue, and shape transformation agendas with senior stakeholders, while collaborating with analytics and capability teams to deliver AI-driven solutions. The role requires 15+ years in data engineering/advanced analytics, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise Data Engineering/Advanced analytics experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing complex deals.
• CPG/Retail domain knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with business and analytical communities.
• Willing to work with a geographically distributed team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategically drive growth in named CPG accounts and own client relationships.
• Position Fractal solutions to meet client requirements and become a trusted advisor for services.
• Use knowledge of CPG industry and consultative sales to educate clients on value.
• Build in-depth knowledge of clients' priorities and initiatives for opportunities.
• Drive business development and pre-sales activities leveraging industry and tech expertise.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional workshops and joint GTM with partners.
• Incubate and manage new accounts for 13–24 months with a $2M revenue target.
