Responsibilities

• Performs credentialing lifecycle: initial appointments, reappointments, privileging and file maintenance.
• Ensures credentials files are accurate, complete, and processed timely.
• Supports onboarding: computer access, training, orientation and badging.
• Maintains knowledge of medical staff bylaws, hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains and updates the medical staff database; maintains confidentiality.
