Job summary

ADP is seeking a Major Accounts Accountant Channel Partner Account Manager to activate accountant partnerships and enable the CPA DM sales team with ADP's HCM solutions. You will build relationships with CPA firms to create a robust pipeline and coordinate with executives to promote ADP’s offerings.

In this role, you will manage principals and partners, drive new business, and maintain revenue growth while collaborating with product, pre-sales, marketing and CPA sales teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of quota carrying, outside B2B sales experience with proven presentation and prospecting skills.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• New Business sales and CPA partner sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow your own business with sales leadership support, ongoing training, advancement opportunities, and competitive compensation and benefits.
• Consistently achieve/exceed an annual logo sales quota for CPA DM partners in territory.
• Activate CPA firms through trainings, campaigns, webinars, and pipeline reviews.
• Develop strong relationships with internal channels (product, pre-sales, marketing, CPA sales DM).
• Be subject matter expert in ADP’s Workforce Now and MAS products and services.
