ADP in Rhode Island is seeking an Accountant Channel Sales Representative to grow CPA-channel partnerships, close new business, and collaborate with internal partners to drive HRO solutions for accounting firms.

You will nurture relationships with CPAs and clients, manage multiple sales stages, and guide customers through implementation as deals close, with strong compensation and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Quota-bearing outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to close sales and manage a territory.
• Strong networking with CPAs and firms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: develop relationships with accounting firms and educate them on HRO solutions; implement top-down sales strategy and close sales.
• Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: understand client needs, recommend solutions, and earn referral business through networking.
• Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: cross-sell cloud-based HR solutions and collaborate with internal partners.
• Collaborate Daily: act as trusted advisor to accountants and internal partners while maintaining high ethical standards.
