Job summary

ADP is hiring an Accountant Channel Sales Representative. You will close sales exclusively through our CPA accountant channel and client referrals as part of our Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business.

You will cultivate relationships with CPAs and their clients, set appointments, gather leads, and present ADP solutions. Manage multiple deals through the sales process and stay with implementations until clients are live, with opportunities for advancement and rewards.

Qualifications

• College degree is great but not required; relevant experience welcomed.
• Experience carrying a sales quota and closing deals with professional services clients.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills across professional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: develop relationships with accounting firms and educate them on ADP HR solutions, executing top-down sales strategy.
• Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: understand client needs and present ADP solutions to close sales and gain referrals.
• Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: cross-sell with other ADP teams to grow existing accounts.
• Collaborate Daily: act as a trusted advisor to accountants and internal partners, upholding high ethical standards.
