ADP is hiring an Accountant Channel Sales Representative. You will close sales exclusively through our CPA accountant channel and client referrals as part of our Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business.

You’ll collaborate with internal partners to access accounts, pull leads, and guide deals from prospect to close while ensuring smooth implementation. You will join a fast-paced, collaborative environment with award-winning training and industry-leading compensation, benefits, and incentives

Qualifications

• Positive Self-Starter with upbeat, persistent style and strong follow-up.
• Strategic closer with an established network and a quota in outside B2B sales.
• Proven winner with drive to hit and exceed sales quotas.
• College degree is helpful but not required; payroll, relationship sales, or HRO experience acceptable.
• Military experience is valued and transfer-worthy for this role.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business by developing relationships with accounting firms and educating them on HRO solutions, executing a top-down sales strategy and closing sales.
• Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients by understanding needs and recommending the right solutions.
• Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family and cross-sell with other ADP teams to expand business within accounts.
• Collaborate Daily as a trusted advisor to accountants, internal partners, and the ADP network, upholding high ethical standards.
• Manage multiple sales processes across stages and oversee implementation for sold clients.
