Job summary

ADP is seeking a CPA District Manager to drive partnerships with CPA firms and expand the CPA channel for MAS products in 50-150 employee companies. You will develop business plans with leadership, participate in events, and maintain sharp industry knowledge to meet and exceed sales quotas.

This role requires strong relationship-building, prospecting, and strategic selling in a SaaS environment, with a focus on growth and partner collaboration across the territory.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 1-2+ years business experience including district management with quotas.
• Proven ability to prospect and sell to companies with 50-150 employees.

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships with CPA firms and partners.
• Grow channel opportunities with CPA networks.
• Drive awareness of ADP's market share goals with the CPA community.
• Develop annual business plans with Sales leadership to meet quotas.
• Represent ADP at trade shows, conferences, and events for lead generation.
• Maintain knowledge of CPA industry trends and competitive positioning.
