Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH seeks a District Sales Leader to expand the client base and drive revenue growth from the Fort Worth area. You will lead a sales team, implement programs, and ensure targets are met through strategic leadership and partner collaboration.

The role requires 3+ years in outside sales leadership, strong management skills, and a valid driver’s license. Expect travel for training and rewards trips, with Paychex values guiding daily work and a focus on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing - Preferred
• 3 years of experience in Outside Sales Leadership.
• Outside Sales experience - Preferred
• Management - Required
• Problem Solving - Preferred
• Valid Drivers License - Required

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in meeting activity metrics and quotas as directed by the Zone Manager.
• Coach and train sales reps in knowledge, competition, and skills.
• Manage product-line goals within district budgets and objectives.
• Recruit, select, and direct sales staff to meet goals and monitor forecasts.
• Identify leadership candidates and refer to Zone Manager.
• Develop referral networks with accounting professionals and bookkeepers.
• Collaborate with service, HR/OD, and other sales divisions to align objectives.
• Ensure accuracy of weekly activity reports and audit commissions/expenses.
• Oversee ongoing training of staff in technical and competitive knowledge.
• Manage district budgets and expenses.
• Travel for incentives, trainings, and area meetings as needed.
• Uphold Paychex Values in all interactions.
