• 3 years of experience in Sales or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead district sales efforts in alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Expand client base by implementing targeted and approved sales programs.
• Recruit, select and direct sales staff to meet goals.
• Monitor attainment versus forecast and take action when needed.
• Identify potential management candidates for the Zone Manager.
• Manage budgets and report weekly activity.
