Johnston County Child Support Unit in North Carolina seeks an experienced Child Support Establishment Agent to initiate, organize and enforce child support orders in the IV-D program. You will help establish paternity and new orders and prepare cases for court in collaboration with attorneys.

Candidates must have strong investigative abilities, be proficient with computer systems including ACTS, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing while building cooperative relationships

Competenze

• Knowledge of the Child Support Enforcement Program and applicable legal proceedings.
• Experience in investigative, eligibility, judiciary or legal work is preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer and learn ACTS and similar systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
