Job summary

The Nineteenth Judicial Circuit seeks an entry-level Desktop Support Technician I to provide first-level technical assistance to judges and staff across multiple counties. You will handle hardware, software, connectivity, and audio/visual equipment issues using phone, email, remote tools, and in-person support.

Responsibilities include installing and configuring end-user devices, documenting work in the helpdesk system, and escalating complex problems to senior IT staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, MIS, or closely related field.
• 1 year of experience in IT desktop support, help desk, or network/desktop support.
• Must pass FDLE/FBI fingerprint background check and CJIS Security Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests via helpdesk; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues on-site or remotely.
• Install, configure, image, and deploy desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and peripherals; setup for new hires.
