Commonwealth of VA Careers in Abingdon, VA, is hiring an Office Services Specialist (D2811/D2812) for the Department of Juvenile Justice. The role supports the court service unit by directing families, law enforcement, schools and the public to the right departmental personnel and services, and by providing courteous customer service and clerical support.

Two positions will be filled (Bristol and Marion) with a competitive state pay range of $41,959 to $46,466, plus benefits.

Competenze

• Experience providing clerical support to multiple people.
• Receptionist experience using a multi-line telephone.
• Experience working with the public.
• Data entry experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with confidential correspondence and reports.
